Account Issues

• Can't log in? Try resetting your password from the login screen. If you still can't access your account, email us with the email address associated with your account.
• Student verification not working? Make sure you're using your university-issued .edu email. Check your spam folder for the verification code. If the issue persists, contact us.
• Want to delete your account? You can delete your account from the Profile settings within the app, or email us and we'll take care of it.

Listings & Transactions

• Problem with a listing? If you see a listing that violates our Terms of Service, please report it through the app or email us with the listing details.
• Transaction dispute? If you have an issue with a buyer or seller, email us with a description of the problem and we'll help mediate.
• Item not as described? Contact the seller directly through the in-app chat first. If you can't resolve it, reach out to us.

Bug Reports

Found a bug or something not working right? Email us with:

• Your device model and operating system version
• A description of what happened
• Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible)
• Screenshots (if applicable)
